Natural remedy to quit smoking naturally

Take one piece of ginger (about the size of a 2 Euro coin or bigger) and chop it finely. The chopped pieces should be small enough so they can be swallowed easily.

Add chopped ginger to a cup of water. Then add 1 tablespoon of baking soda. Mix it very well and let it stand for 24 hours.

Drink it the next day before you smoke your first cigarette. You will automatically not want to smoke anything after that.

This drink must be taken a couple of days to creates a natural aversion to smoking.
